today that its German subsidiary, SHL Telemedizin, has won a multi-year tender with
AOK BAYERN, one of the two largest health insurers in Germany with over 4 million
insured, for the provision of telemedicine services to those suffering from COPD
(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease).
An official winning notification was given to SHL by AOK BAYERN, with the agreement
expected to be closed within 60 days.
