SHL Telemedicine secures long-term loan

Tel Aviv/Zurich, 14 March 2017 – SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN, OTCPK: SMDCY), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, today announced that it has signed a long-term loan agreement with certain Israeli financial institution in an aggregate amount of NIS 100 million (approx. USD 27 million). Part of the proceeds shall be used to pre-pay SHL’s current loan in the amount of NIS 21 million thus increasing its net credit line by NIS 79 million. For more information Click here
