SHL Telemedicine expands to The Netherlands and signs an agreement to acquire Kadima BV / 24CARE Inkoop BV

Tel Aviv / Zurich, August 28, 2019 – SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN) (“SHL”), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced today that that it has signed an agreement to acquire 51% of Netherlands based Kadima BV, 100% owner of 24CARE Inkoop BV, with an option to acquire the remaining 49% within 24 months of closing.
