SHL Telemedicine announces the signing of a major contract in Germany. In line with strategic shift to pursue long term large scale contracts.

Tel Aviv/Zurich, 14 March 2012 – SHL Telemedic ine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN), a
leading provider and developer of advanced per sonal telemedicine solutions, today
announced that its German subsidiary, SHL Telemedizin, has entered into a comprehensive
large scale agreement with IKK Sudwest (“IKK”), based in Saarbruecken and active in the
regions of Saarland, Rheinland-Pfalz and Hessen, fo r the provision of telemedicine services to
the IKK’s insured who suffer from chronic  conditions, specifically heart patients.
SHL will start recruiting in Q2 insured patients which are eligible for the service.

hundreds of patients for a relatively short period of time, to larger, long-term agreements for
thousands of patients. We are very happy to announce the signing of this major agreement
and expect it to be a first in a series of additional large scale contracts with significant German
