SHL informed by Prime Finance Corporation and Copper Valley Finance Ltd that they have purchased 1,431,607 shares of SHL.

Tel Aviv/Zurich, 22  May 2012  –  SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX  Swiss Exchange: SHLTN),
a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine  solutions  is
pleased to announce that  it  has been informed by Prime Finance Corporation (a
company affiliated with Mr. Eyal Ofer) and Copper Valley Finance Ltd (a company
affiliated with Prof. Shlomo Ben Haim) that they have purchased 1,431,607 shares of
SHL.

Prime Finance Corporation has purchased 715,804 shares, which account for 6.90% of
SHL’s issued share capital (excluding  treasury shares held by SHL) and Copper Valley
Finance Ltd has purchased 715,803 shares, which account for 6.90% of SHL’s issued
share capital (excluding treasury shares held by SHL).

SHL indicates that before the aforementioned purchases, and during the first quarter of
2012, a subsidiary of SHL has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with companies which
are affiliated with Mr. Eyal Ofer and Prof. Shlomo Ben Haim, in order to found a joint
venture entity, which will explore the feasibility of SHL’s activity in the Japanese market.
