Tel Aviv/Zurich, 2 January, 2013 – SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced today that it has closed the acquisition of almeda GmbH on December 31, 2013, through its wholly owned German subsidiary, SHL Telemedizin GmbH. SHL had announced the transaction in July 2013.
