(SWX: SHLTN), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, confirmed today it is in negotiations for a major and significant transaction in the company’s US business.
The discussions are ongoing and no binding agreements have been entered into. SHL will make a further announcement if and when negotiations are concluded.
