SHL Telemedicine to acquire Jumedi GmbH a developer of Digital Health technologies

Tel Aviv / Zurich, December 15, 2020 – SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN) (“SHL”), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced today that its German subsidiary has concluded terms to acquire 100% of Jumedi GmbH. The closing of the transaction is expected at the beginning of next year.
