(“SHL”), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced
today that the Deposit Agreement, dated January 31, 2014, regarding the American Depositary Receipts
(“ADRs”) among SHL Telemedicine, The Bank of New York Mellon, as Depositary, and owners and
holders of American Depositary Receipts (the “Deposit Agreement”) will be terminated. As a result, the
existing ADR facility will be terminated effective at 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on August 7, 2017.
