Personnel changes at SHL Telemedicine

Tel Aviv/Zurich, 23 March 2017 –  SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN, OTCPK: SMDCY) (“SHL”), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced today that Uzi Blumensohn, SHL’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, has stepped down from his position with immediate effect. Mr. Blumensohn joined the Board of Directors of SHL as a non-executive Director at the end of 2015 and has been elected as Chairman of the Board in February 2016. Furthermore, SHL announced today that the Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Ehud Ben Yair, SHL’s CFO. Mr. Yair has started his role as CFO in September 2016.
