SHL announces new CFO

Tel Aviv / Zurich, 15 July 2016 – SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN, OTCPK: SMDCY) (“SHL”), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced today that Ehud Ben Yair will become the company’s Chief Financial Officer as of September 15, 2016, and join the company mid-August. Eran Antebi, SHL’s Chief Financial Officer, will leave the company in order to pursue other business opportunities.
