(SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN) (“SHL”), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced today that Mr. Dov Gal has been appointed to serve as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. As part of an orderly transition, this appointment will be effective as of 1 June, 2021 and Mr. Gal joined the company as of 2 May, 2021. Mr. Yossi Vadnagra’s appointment as General Manager of SHL’s Israel operation is effective also as of 1 June, 2021.
